Just follow directions
Took me just a bit to prepare my vehicle. It was new so I did not have to apply clay. I followed the directions and it's worked well so far. It's only been on my vehicle two weeks, but during that time had lots of rain and road film. Came off the vehicle very easily. Not sure of the longevity at this point, but so far, I'm impressed.

Play Video I usually don’t write reviews but I had to with this product. It’s awesome. Excuse my messy garage but you can definitely see the results of using this product. It took about three hours for me to apply and do a second coat. I was super cautious as my Camaro is my unofficial baby. The product worked just as advertised and I couldn’t be more pleased. I use a air blaster to dry my car to avoid any scratches. As for durability I have had it on my car for around 5 months now and it looks just as great as the moment I put it on my car. I would recommend this product in a heart beat.

So far, so good!
Just finished applying this to my Dodge Ram. It was suprisingly easy to apply and so far I'm very excited about it! Heres a few pointers I picked up- -The 50ml was more than enough for my 4 door truck. Be generous with your drops and dont be afraid to "load up" the sponge to start off. The instructions say 7-10 drops for a 60cm square, so if you do a bigger area than that use more drops. -This product is safe on chrome and black plastic trim. It had no effect on the chrome at all and just wiped away. It does make the plastic door handles on my truck extra dark black, so I quickly wiped them off with a wet towel. -the spray bottle for the pre-treatment sucks. I transfered the liquid to a different bottle halfway through and wish I would have done that at the start! Dont go crazy with this stuff, just a fine layer is enough and you'll run out of this faster than the ceramic liquid. -if you can do this indoors... Do it! Bugs love the pre-treat spray as it smells sweet. Also indoors is temp controlled. The hotter it is the faster these things evaporate and it makes it tougher to properly apply/wipe away. -watch the companies youtube video on how to apply... Good luck!

incredible product!
Almost perfect, really straightforward to use, only issue being the surface prep spray bottle coming with a bent tube, I ended up having to open constantly to readjust it, using it more, and now I have half of the ceramic coat left and no surface prep spray for later applications. Can you sell that spray separately?

A good buy overall
I am pleased with Color N Drive with one exception. The spray bottle containing the reagent does not spray well and that makes the whole process more difficult and less uniform that it needs to be.

Play Video This stuff was awesome. I am more than happy with how it looks and feels. But this is not normal wax, so DO NOT TREAT IT LIKE NORMAL WAX. First, this is is going to amplify clear coat imperfections like scratches and swirls, so doing all the prep work you can to get the best starting point is really going to make the biggest difference. This product isn't so much for hiding stuff, its for protecting and keeping the surface. Though it is pretty neat what it does to plastic. Completely change how you apply this stuff. First off, you really need good lighting and LOTS! of clean lint free cloths. Apply the pre-spray and wipe that around with a sponge. Then put some of the coating on the applicator. Only do this in the stated 2'x2' area. Wipe the applicator back and forth lightly over the surface. Remember, this is a "NANO" coating, not a thick wax coating. It takes very little. DO NOT wait for this to "set up" like normal wax. As soon as you have worked the wax into the surface, start to lightly remove it. Use a clean cloth each time. Fold the cloth so you only have a 3 or 4" by 6" rectangle. You don't need a big area. Lightly remove the extra coating from the surface. Once it looks clear, flip it over and sure the other (clean) side to lightly feather out the edges. Lighting is key, especially if you have a dark car. If you have any extra on the surface it will make sort of a streak or patch, that kind of looks like oil or a hand print on the surface. THIS WILL NOT COME OFF without either stripping it or doing a ton of work to polish it back down. So make sure you are very diligent to remove the extra. I suggest only doing a portion of the car at a time. Once that is done, move it out into the sun and let it cure for a while. Then either give it another coat, or move onto a new section. This stuff feels like glass. I am extremely impressed with it, but you have to take the right steps or you will end up with a pain to correct.

Gloss, Ceramic slick , and Hydrophobic !!!
Durability and shelf life: 5 Stars! I bought this product in 2018 and I forgot I had it on the shelf and now it is 2020 July . The Chinese copy Mr.Fix crystallized like a rock and I did not open it. Just make sure it is in a cool place to store for the future coats and lid tight closed. Price : Slightly on the pricey side. But it is the top of the best ceramic coating I have used and easy to use. From 2018 -2020 it last on my truck hood for more than a year with 2- 4 coats. I suggest to be patient with all ceramic coating. I had haze from not wiping It in time and put too much drops on the pad . It will buff out with light- high cut compound and then light cut mirror polish compound Meguiar. Simply follow the box directions .... pretty simple. Would buy again , but i still have half of bottle!

Not bad. Would use it again
I found the coating to have great hydrophobic Properties.....but when I tried to use optimums optiseal and gtechniqs G2V3 as a “quick detail spray” after washing, they both left a haze on the car. I prefer gtechniq crystal serum light because of that, but don’t have anything negative to say other than that. Shines, protects, and is very hydrophobic.

An honest opinion
Very nice packaging. It seemed to go on easily. Things that need addressed include the following. I have half of the ceramic coating left after doing a 4runner but I'm completely out of the prespray. How are the portions that off? The prespray bottles' pickup tube was incredibly long and didn't sit at the bottom of the bottle so spraying was difficult as it got low. I had to cut the tube to continue. What in the world is up with the large green cloth that's provided??? It's not lint free nor does it wipe the product off easily. Seriously, it was the opposite of lint free. So much shedding and it stuck to the paint. I used store bought lint free microfibers instead. Speaking of, I had to use 3 towels to wipe the product off and that wasn't enough. It made it difficult to get all the haze out unless the towel was a clean one. The application sponge was thick which helped handling it but made it difficult in tight quarters. Finally, the instructions and user guide were vague. Nicely printed but the product wasn't the same as in images. Also, instructions were hard to understand when talking about hood temps and wetting a towel. Do you wet with water? If so, should it be distilled? Things like that. I hate being that guy but I didn't have the best experience. We'll see how it holds up.

Great kit but a few things could make it even better
Product is fantastic! It does brings a sine to the car and very solid protection! A coupe of things to consider: 1) After applying the solution, there is no need to wait for 2 to 5min like the instruction says. You can immediately follow up with the next step of wiping with a moist microfiber cloth. Waiting as per the instruction is too long and the solution begins to cure. 2) The microfiber cloths provided in the kit are so-so. I'd recommend buying your own. 3) It was not clear to me if this solution could be used on exterior glass, plastics, and wheels, soI bought a separate solution that I know would work for those surfaces. Don't get me wrong product is great, just calling out somethings that could be better, With that I do recommend the product!

Forgot to wipe off a spot, ruined clear coat on a brand new car.
I was able to do 2 cars with the amount they sent me and both came out looking incredible. Though on the second car I was getting tired and forgot to wipe a spot and didn't realize and it completely ruined the clear coat. I am going to have to get my deck lid resprayed if I ever want it fixed.

Good for the price
Just finished apply yesterday, so can’t speak to the durability of the product. The kit is great, comes with every thing you need to apply the ceramic coat. Easy to apply, Except the buffing stage. After the product flashes your suppose spread the coating with a damp microfibre towel provided which worked well, but when I went to buff it immediately after spreading with damp towel the 2nd towel would not slide nicely. The surface doesn’t seem to be smooth. It rained today and the water does bead nicely. For the price, overall good product. Only used 1/2 the bottle for a Tesla Model 3.
