Ignite Flame is Hyundai paint code MFR. Hyundai used MFR on the Kona, Veloster, Kona EV, Veloster Turbo from 2019 to 2023. MFR is a solid, high gloss finish. Ignite Flame is sold as Racing Red in other markets. Of the 71 Hyundai red colours ordered from us, 13 have been ordered more often than Ignite Flame.

Which Hyundai models came in Ignite Flame (MFR)?
Will MFR match my Hyundai if the paint has faded?
The kit is mixed to the MFR formula — the same code printed on your vehicle’s paint label — not colour-matched by eye. On panels that still carry their factory paint, that reproduces the original tone.
Where it will not match
- Panels bleached by years of sun sit lighter than the factory formula. The kit reproduces the original colour, not the faded one.
- A panel that has already been resprayed is no longer the factory colour, so the code will not describe it.
- Metallic and pearl finishes are harder to blend across a large area than solid colours — they are at their best on chips and thin scratches.
- Damage larger than a few centimetres, or down to bare metal over a wide area, is body-shop work.
